I loveeee these shoes. They feel amazing. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and stand 8+ hours at work. I’m sure these will work well for me. Probably the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. A little annoyed because on the HOKA website I found them cheaper and cuter colors. I’ll definitely be buying another pair! 🥰
The Hoka Cavu was discontinued and is one of my favorite Hoka models. It was a very unHoka, Hoka. It was lightweight and minimal, and if you’re someone who wants that faster-paced shoe (like the Saucony Kinvara , New Balance 1400, or even Atreyu Base Model) , it was the one.
Hoka Bondi 8 running shoe: first impressions. With the new generation of its big, bouncy Bondis, Hoka has gone, well, bigger and bouncier than ever before. These maximalist running shoes come in a fabulously bright and vivid package and will add an inch and a half to your height with a whopping 39mm stack. Thick, cushioned soles are made using
9.2 Overall score. Very good lightweight running shoe with high-stack soft cushioning. The Clifton is undoubtedly one of the most popular shoes in Hoka’s range. After some wandering that was not to the liking of every fan, the Clifton has made a nice comeback in recent years. This eighth version follows the same approach with some changes.
Hoka Bondi 8. $165 at Zappos $165 at Nordstrom $165 at Zappos. Pros. Thick, plush cushioning. Pillowy tongue and collar. Extended rear crash pad. Available in wide sizes. Cons. Too chunky for The Hoka Bondi 8 is renowned for its soft cushioning, ideal for everyday running and recovery. It has a 39 mm heel stack height and a low drop of 4 mm. The Nimbus 25 is similar, with an even bigger stack (41.5 mm in the heel) but a higher, more standard drop (8 mm ). The underfoot feel is also soft, with more structure and firmness than the Bondi. 7hdpgia.
